The EAF has no shareholders and engages in no business or commercial activities. The EAF’s income and assets are devoted to the public benefit through its four core program areas: Health, Humanitarian Aid, Innovative Developments and Environment Protection.
Europe Aid Foundation working worldwide and in Europe, attracting resources and capabilities of the rich western world countries for implementing long-term programs to fight poverty, responding to humanitarian emergencies, and advocating for policy change to improve lives of the poorest people.
We create charitable humanitarian projects to help people in need. We focus on health, science, technology and ecology. We not only help to find and attract funds for the project, but also become a co-organizer of this project. Thus we create a true partnership in the implementation of any project.
We collect donations for basic needs for the start and development of the project. We seek and attract donors and sponsors, which can be individuals, large companies, banks, trade unions, public and state organizations, other charitable foundations. In each donor, we see a potential partner, thanks to whom project implementation is possible.

We are creating new approaches in the provision of charitable and humanitarian aid through the creation of social projects that are particularly relevant in Eastern Europe. Using the opportunities of donors and philanthropists around the world, we create, together with local communities, basic social projects that further provide the necessary assistance to people in need locally.
It is relatively straightforward to measure. We direct donations to our recommended charitable programs. We track and show on our website how many donations are collected and what effect it has so far. We report the results on our impact page and in our annual report.
Measuring coincides with the goal of our activity determining what the social projects we implementing can be expected maximum benefits and effectiveness, and how they compare to each other. Sometimes it is difficult to compare which social projects are better than others precisely because people have needs in absolutely all spheres of life.
It is the hardest to measure, because the spread of ideas is complex and wide-ranging; so although we can track changes in dialogue, attributing them to our specific activities is difficult.
These measurements are complex and cannot be precisely quantified. However, as with evaluating our projects, we believe we can evaluate ourselves using a combination of empirical data, analysis, and judgment calls, and that we should do so as transparently as possible. We post constantly self-reviews of our project’s progress as well as external assessments of the quality of our efforts.
